 The wealth creation cycle will work if you do.  Its that simple.  Does a car go if you dont turn it on? No!  There are many ways to create wealth these days, the key is to make it consistent.  Obviously a lot of people invested in real estate before the recession and had some success.  Then all of a sudden they saw the values of homes and properties they owned go down to the point where they were losing a lot of money.  Make sure you are always doing your homework and making sure your wealth is in something that is safe and low risk.  Make sure you research things out, dont go by the opinion of a friend or a neighbor.  Most times they are not even participating in the investment they tell you about.  Follow advice of professionals in the field in which you may be investing your time or money into.  Dont let the blind lead the blind.  The key is to follow systems that have been proven to work, so my advice would be to find those with proven systems and see what they are up to.
